Initial Efforts

• Residential Energy Efficiency: Formulate and implement an education and outreach program to help homeowners increase the energy efficiency of their homes.
• Business and Commercial Energy Efficiency: Formulate and implement an education and outreach program to assist business owners and commercial property owners in increasing energy efficiency.
• Solar Schools: Initiate a dialogue with Alameda Unified School District to install photovoltaic systems on Alameda schools.
